We’ve seen better remotes but we admit that we are picky in this area. User interface is also not impressive and leaves room for improvement. Conclusion: The major problem with this unit is that it stops recording if it detects some signal disturbance in a digital broadcast but if you can get a stable broadcast this model's a tempting choice.
